Nowadays, kids tend to sit down and play video games all day after school without getting much exercise. Have you ever wondered how to get them moving? Well here at the Las Vegas Kung Fu Academy, we play tons of physical games and activities that will not only be fun but work on their agility, stamina, and is a great social outlet.
