Cyber Shadow is basically a rip off of Tokkyuu Shirei: Solbrain, a Nintendo game. Even the sound effects are the same.

Blazing Chrome reminds me of a cross between Run Saber and Contra 3 – and I think the reason why is some of the assets look copied directly from Contra, like the explosions/flames.
I have 3080ti, but choose to play more indie games, don't know but they are very addictive.

Cross Code would have been a good fit. I'd personally leave Katana Zero. It's a great game, but its aesthetic is sorta bland if you ask me.

I agree with your list for the most part. Deedlit in the Wonder Labyrinth should have been here, but I guess Touhou Luna Nights is pretty much the same style just a different game. Also Dead Cell's pixel graphics are pretty dull.
Extremely surprised not to see Children of Morta! Stunning colour, detail and animation, on top of being both retro seeming and totally unique. Also Hyper Light Drifter for the exact same reasons
As a game artist I feel threatened by how amazing theses game look.

Just missed The Mesanger, amazing pixel art, gameplay and very creative story (as well as the amazing way where they integrated the art design into the story by breaking the fourth wall, I won't spoil it here though, go get the game if you haven't)
